Yes. Telehealth visits are available statewide for established patients and, for many concerns, for new patients too. To prescribe controlled substances we typically need at least one in-person visit a year, in line with Virginia state rules. We'll tell you up front which model fits your case.
Yes. Virginia Medicaid is accepted for psychiatry, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone or buprenorphine. We also accept most major commercial plans and Tricare. We do not accept Medicare at this time. We'll verify coverage before your first visit.

Your psychiatrist, your therapist, and your TMS technician share a hallway and talk to each other directly rather than handing you off across the city.
New patients are often seen within 24 to 48 hours, sometimes the same day if a slot opens. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and if you're in withdrawal we'll get you in front of a buprenorphine-trained provider as quickly as we can.
Yes. The Richmond clinic runs quantitative EEG brain mapping (qEEG), a roughly thirty-minute non-invasive test that helps us pin down what's actually driving symptoms. We also use GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing to match medication choices to your DNA, which cuts down on trial and error.
