I want to feel like myself again.
Psychiatric evaluation · Medication · Talk therapy
A real conversation with a physician, a workup that actually looks at you, and a plan that fits your life.
Find your path
Most people arrive with one of these three questions on their mind. Pick the one that sounds like you. We’ll take it from there.

Psychiatric evaluation · Medication · Talk therapy
A real conversation with a physician, a workup that actually looks at you, and a plan that fits your life.

TMS · Spravato® · Ketamine · QEEG
When SSRIs and talk therapy haven’t moved the needle, there are real, evidence-based alternatives. And we offer all of them.

MAT · Suboxone® · Vivitrol® · Sublocade® · Brixadi®
Same-week appointments for opioid and alcohol use. Medication-assisted treatment, no judgement, same roof as the rest of your care.
The Foundation Protocol
Most people cobble mental-health care together from three or four disconnected clinics. We built the opposite. One roof, one chart, and a team that already knows your story by the time you walk in.
Phase 01
Before anything changes, we listen. Then we measure.
A real psychiatric workup, not a 15-minute intake. We map your brain, your genetics, and your history before recommending a single thing.
Phase 02
We lay the groundwork the rest of your care will stand on.
Medication fine-tuned to you, therapy that actually works, and regular contact so small course-corrections never become crises.
Phase 03
When talk and traditional meds aren’t enough, the full toolbox opens.
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato, ketamine, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) are all available at the same clinic. No referral, no waiting list, no new paperwork.
Phase 04
The hardest part of recovery is the part after recovery.
We stay with you. Telehealth check-ins, maintenance visits, and the same provider who met you on day one. For as long as you need us.
Advanced Therapies
TMS, Spravato, and ketamine. All FDA-cleared, all covered by most insurance, all delivered under one roof.
NeuroStar®
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a drug-free, pain-free, FDA-cleared treatment for depression that uses targeted magnetic pulses to wake up the parts of the brain that mood disorders put to sleep. You sit in a chair, stay awake, and drive yourself home after.

esketamine
Spravato (esketamine) is a nasal-spray treatment FDA-approved for depression that hasn't budged on other medications. You take it in our office under direct clinical supervision, and many patients feel a shift within hours or days rather than weeks.

infusion
IV and IM ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression, chronic PTSD, and severe anxiety. Delivered in a calm, monitored clinical setting with dedicated recovery time after each dose.

A 3-question starting point
Answer three quick questions and we’ll suggest a reasonable first conversation to have with your FMG physician. It’s a starting point, not a diagnosis.

| TMS | Spravato | Ketamine | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session length | About 20 minutes | About 2 hours, supervised | 45 to 60 minutes |
| Frequency | 5×/week for about 6 weeks | 2×/week for about 4 weeks | 2×/week for about 3 weeks |
| Insurance | Covered by most major plans | Covered by most major plans | Mostly self-pay, some partial insurance coverage |
| Best for | Treatment-resistant depression and OCD | Treatment-resistant depression and suicidal thoughts | Depression, anxiety, bipolar depression, PTSD, OCD |
